My experience as a caregiver for my patient lead me to decide that I wanted to ensure that every family has the peace of mind that a quality caregiver provides. I helped my patient with everything from finances and transportation to managing her medications and providing all her personal care for a period of 2 years. Many families are not as fortunate to have family close enough to help in times of need This is where Parichorja CareGivers Ltd. of Dhaka can help provide the care and comfort that our family members desire and deserve.

We start with an in-home assessment with you and your family member and end up with a personalized in home care plan that changes according to your family’s needs. Our home care services include comprehensive care, quality of life care, and companion care for people of all ages. We provide senior care, elderly care, care to individuals recovering from surgery or illness, new mothers, and pregnant women requiring bed rest.

Our Services:

• Home Physiotherapy Care:

Depending on your needs, a qualified Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Speech Therapist will visit your home to assess, recommend and assist your loved ones with rehabilitation:

• Assessment of rehabilitation needs
• Design of treatment and rehabilitation plans
• Exercises to improve performance of activities of daily living (e.g. bathing, feeding, toileting etc.)
• Advice and instruction on the use of walking aids (e.g. crutches, frames, wheelchair, etc.)
• Assessment of home safety and recommendation of home modifications
• Exercises to improve articulation and communication or reduce swallowing difficulties
• Home Personal Care:

A trained Care Associate will visit your home to accompany and assist your loved ones in:

• Recreational activities
• Grocery shopping
• Meal preparation
• Medical escort (exclude transportation fees)
• Dementia care (mentally stimulating activities)
• Personal hygiene (showering/bed bath)
• Physical maintenance exercises (as prescribed by our physiotherapist)
• Respite care (temporary care of min. 9 hours during domestic helper’s or caregiver’s days off)
• Home Nursing Care:

A nurse will visit your home to assist your loved ones in nursing procedures such as:

• Administration of medication
• Changing of feeding tubes and urinary catheter
• Medicine reconciliation and packing
• Removal of stitches/staples
• Wound and stoma care
• Nursing services
• 24/12 hours Patient Care
• Home Maidware Service
• Interim Caregiver Service
• Medical equipment Service

Responsibility of Our Caregivers:

• Provide timely medication and prescriptions to the serviceman as per the doctor’s prescription.
• Monitor, record and report on pulse of the service, fever, blood pressure, blood super, respiratory and other Vital Sign.
• Take the recipient to the hospital or to the doctor in case of an emergency.
• Getting around and exercising to the recipient of a sedentary / ignorant service
• Providing physiotherapy to service providers, feeding them in feeding tubes, nebulizing, giving oxygen, insulin and artificial respiration when needed.
• Providing first aid in the treatment of sudden shortness of breath, dizziness, burns, injuries and other emergencies by entering food or drink into the respiratory tract.
• Marketing, cooking and serving nutritious food by calculating calories for the service provider
• Feeding the service recipient, bathing, dressing, toilet, furnishing etc.
• Bedside, wheel chairs and carriage to the service recipient.
